What is actually a

RS Method workshop?

We live in a time when everything is instant:

instant food, instant coffee, instant satisfaction, and instant results.

But such a way of life carries enormous consequences.

These consequences include:

Poor sleep, anxiety, chasing money, losing touch with reality, losing
